All intellectual property rights belong to Quiet Play Pty Ltd and are subject to copyright.

Permission is granted to use the materials on Quiet Play's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

a) modify or copy the materials.
b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Companies web site.
d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

When accessing an online course or membership subscription it is for personal use only. Payment is for individual use only and cannot be shared. Patterns are not to be forwarded digitally, nor printed to give copies to other people, videos are not to be downloaded, passwords are not to be shared. This violates copyright. Should evidence be found that sharing has occurred, access will be cancelled and there will be no refund.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in both United States Dollar (USD) and Australian Dollar (AUD). It is up to the customer to select their preferred option for payment.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes will not affect any completed purchases.
Where the option is available, payment can be made via Credit Card payment using Stripe or Paypal.
Access to content on this website is available only while payment is current. Should you cancel an ongoing subscription, your access to the content will cease at the end of the billing cycle. If you have made a one-time payment, you will have access to your purchased content for the lifetime of the course on this platform (i.e. for as long as this website is maintained by Quiet Play). Customers will be contacted if content is removed from this platform, with notice to download and save content.

Refund

Refund is not offered due to customer change of mind. These are digital items which means they are not refundable, particularly if evidence shows downloads have been made of the content.
Quiet Play Pty Ltd will only provide a refund on the subscription fee in the event they are unable to continue to provide a membership subscription, or if at its absolute discretion, decides it is reasonable to offer a refund. Where this occurs, the refund will be in the proportional amount of the Subscription Fee that remains unused by the customer.
