Meadow is a foundation pieced quilt brimming with blossoms, bugs and leaves. It's perfect for the confident beginner when it comes to foundation paper piecing (no curves or partial seams involved!).

Foundation paper piecing is my favourite technique, and I want to share my love of FPP and inspire you to make beautiful things! The patterns included are designed to be full of rainbow and geometric designs. I designed them to celebrate some of the little details we find in nature should we go for a little wander.
These patterns are designed to work on their own - use these patterns for small projects (hello perfect pillows!) or put together as a fun quilt! Assembly instructions are included to help you put them together to create a quilt just for you!

So how does it all work?
You click the button to sign up and magic happens! A welcome email is sent your way to get you started. You'll log into this platform to find all of the patterns waiting for you. Everything is stored here so that you can access it at any time day or night! Download and print those patterns, grab that fabric, then sew sew sew!
Then you get to snap photos of your beautiful makes and share them in our fun community group so we can all ooh and ahh over what you've made. You can work through the patterns at your own pace, or follow the suggested 6 month timeframe.
By the end of it, you'll have all of the blocks needed to make a quilt just like this!

A Quiet Play Pattern Club makes a FPP quilt so doable and fun . While the entire quilt may look daunting, it really is not with it being broken up by many months. Clear instructions and examples from other members help too! Highly recommend.

Kristy’s pattern clubs are such good value 💞 Her patterns are beautifully written and easy to follow. There are tutorials and detailed notes to help with colour placement or any trickier parts of any of the patterns, and Kristy is always willing & available to help in the Facebook group. Add to all this, Kristy always adds bonus blocks every month! I highly recommend the Pattern Clubs for anyone, whether you are experienced doing FPP or wanting to learn, Kristy will guide you through the process.

Quiet Play pattern clubs are full of wonderfully detailed blocks based on a theme. I like that we know what the pattern includes and we can see the finished quilt before we join. There are always additional alternative blocks shared, as well as, blocks from the archive. The Facebook group is full of other club members sharing their sewn blocks and completed quilts from current and past pattern clubs. I love to see all the variety fabric selection brings to each block and completed quilt!

I really loved being part of this club. As somewhat a beginner with FPP, I found the instructions and patterns very easy to follow. I also love that I didn't feel like I needed to do them in any order. I will certainly do another!

Payment options include paying in United States Dollars (USD) or Australian Dollars (AUD). If your currency is different to one of these, it will be converted to your currency with your payment provider.
You can access the Block of the Month platform whenever and as often as you like. You can download and keep the patterns forever. But you must save them to your own computer/USB/Cloud storage. I can't guarantee lifetime access to the patterns if you haven't downloaded them, but you can access them for as long as they're available on the learning platform (and I plan for that to be a good long time, just can't say lifetime ;) ).
